Your feel good daily challenges

Give some of these a try for your daily feel-good boost…

Exercise: Do one aerobic exercise activity in line with the Governments advice. Aim at raising your heartbeat and getting a little out of breath for part of the activity, but equally spend some of the time drinking in and appreciating the environment that is now not as accessible as it was before.

Restorative: Do a relaxation and breathing exercise. This can be part of a yoga or mindfulness activity. There are plenty of these online or in-app form to guide us through.

Be productive: Make a plan to do some productivity tasks in your home and garden. You could bake, make, grow, and create! 

Gratitude: Make sure you note down or speak out loud something that you are grateful for today.

Laugh: Find something to laugh at, whether a book or programme or some old home videos.  Go online to see how to laugh for wellness. 

Socialise: We can catch up with each other online. We can use lots of mediums, these include Zoom, Facetime, WhatsApp, Houseparty App, and many more.
