Self-health exercise. Preparing for the holidays

We know it’s coming, but why does it seem that December arrives so suddenly? For most of us it’s a season full of energy and excitement. But too much of this can lead to stress and fatigue. Before it’s upon us, take a moment to think about what you’d like this season to mean for you.
